The Apollonia Foundation was proud to once again organize the successful International Art Colony “Apolonia 2025”. This year, the 21st such Art Colony in a row, the Apollonia Foundation welcomed 21 internationally renowned artists from North Macedonia. From 23.06 to 01.07.2025, these talented artists enjoyed the sunny weather in Gevgelija and benefited from the platform provided by the Apollonia Foundation for artistic excellence.
The artists who participated in the annual Art Commune were: Niče Vassilev, Vane Kosturanov, Vlado Temkov, Mihajlo Petković, Đorđe Stanić, Ajnur and Ziver Kaplan, Janis Proios, Aleksandar Janev and the indispensable Rajko Karišić documented the Art Commune 2025 through photographs, immortalizing the event forever.
Following the successes of last year, the 2025 edition of the Art Colony continued to enrich the Apollonia Hotel with new works, and our Gevgelija residents with another opportunity to attend an event that brings joy.
Following the successes of 2023 and 2024, the 2025 edition of the Art Colony continued to affirm Apollonia as a center for art and a positive force in the community.
After the Art Colony ended on July 1, the new works of art were put on display for the citizens of Gevgelija to see and experience the beauty of diverse styles and media. With the presence of notable members of the community, visitors were amazed by what the exhibition had to offer.
As is tradition, the Apollonia Hotel received several new donated works from the exhibition that now decorate the rooms and hallways. Through this initiative, the foundation helps support local and international artists and continues its commitment to cultural exchange and appreciation of the arts in our community.
